  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. We try our best to ship out orders as soon as possible and once an order is dispatched we can not cancel the order.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Once an order is placed we are no longer able to make any changes to the order.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times are dependent on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for standard domestic shipments. We currently only ship within the U.S.
  • What form of payment do we accept?
    Solstice Moon accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. All transactions will be processed in USD.
